Registration Hours
The Conference Registration Desk will be situated in the Foyer Area of the Main Building of St. Hughs College (Entrance St. Margaret Road).
If you have booked accommodation at St Hugh’s College you can collect the key to your room from the Porter’s Lodge which is situated at the main entrance of St Hugh’s on St Margaret’s Road. The porters Lodge is also open out of hours. However, if you are arriving out of hours please do let us know.

Registration Information
Fees
The conference fee covers attendance to all academic sessions, plenary sessions, meetings, the book fair and the drinks' receptions. Conference materials such as the printed programme book including all the abstracts, refreshments and lunches are also included. The conference fee excludes conference party and accommodation - but both can also be booked using the Registration Form. All speakers, chair and convenors are entitled to a £25 discount on the total fee.
We recommend that those planning to attend the CRESC conference 2010 return the Registration Form promptly. The early Registration deadline for the CRESC conference 2010 is the 31st of July 2010. Registrations received after this deadline will incur an extra cost of £50.
If you would like to book accommodation we recommend you book before the 31st of July as we cannot guarantee any rooms after this date.
Reduced fees are offered for speakers, moderators, and organisers of sessions. There are also concessionary fees available for students, unwaged and retired scholars (proof of status required).

NB: We Strongly recommend that for your own security you print the credit card and return it to us by either fax or letter post.

Payment Information
Credit or Debit Card
We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard. Your payment will be processed in pounds sterling (£). Please note that we cannot accept payments by Switch, American Express or Diners Club Cards.
If you would like to pay with a Credit Card please fill out, sign and return a Credit Card Form to us at the address at the bottom of this page. We recommend for security reasons not to e-mail us your credit card details.
Cheques
We accept payments in: pound sterling (£) cheques drawn on the London Clearing House; US dollar ($) checks drawn on the New York Clearing House (at current exchange rate); euro ( €) cheques (at current exchange rate).
We cannot accept cheques in currencies other than pounds sterling (£), US dollars ($) and euros (€).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing before 20 August 2010 will secure a refund of half the registration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 20 August 2010. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for accommodation bookings at St Hugh’s College.
Please note that the conference administration only accepts written cancellations.
Registration Receipt
The registration receipts will be included in the registration packs at the conference. If you require a receipt before September, please contact the Conference Administration at CRESC
Withdrawals
If you are obliged to withdraw from the programme please inform the Conference Administration immediately in order to allow time for finding replacement speakers.
