We are pleased to announce the final result of the CRESC Framing the City Conference competition. Winners of the Creative Writing Competition are as follows:

First prize goes to Sarah Butler for her entry entitled 'You would Leave all This.'

And second prize goes to Chris Rose for his entry entitled 'Years With No Head.'

The pieces by both winners will feature in a forthcoming issue of the New Manchester Review. We'll post a link on the CRESC website as soon as the writing is published.

Congratulations to both our winners! And thanks to everyone who participated in our competition which focused on the City of Manchester and attracted much high quality imaginative work.
