Research interests
I am currently working with Dr David Hesmondhalgh on the AHRC funded project “Creative Work in the Cultural Industries”. This project is located in Theme 2 of Cresc. My previous research has focused on popular music in the everyday lives of pre-teen girls and on the music practices of marginalised young people in community-based organisations.
